Studio Line FAQ

DO YOU PROVIDE SAMPLES?

We are a small studio, therefore wallpaper and printed fabric samples are available for purchase on our website.  Fabrics samples for ottomans and chairs available upon request. We ask that sample requests are limited to only what you need, as to avoid sample charges for ottomans and chairs.

WHERE CAN I SEE PRODUCTS IN PERSON?

At this time, we do not have a place to see products in person. We recommend ordering samples of fabric and wallpaper before placing an order. 

DO YOU OFFER COM?

We are not offering COM at this time. Check back for updates. 

HOW ARE STUDIO LINE PRODUCTS MADE?

Our collection is handmade in Chicago by expert craftspeople. We support local and small manufacturers.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET PURCHASED ITEMS?

Studio Line’s lead-time is 4-6 weeks for accessories, wallpaper and fabric and 12–16 weeks for furniture.  Your order will be put into the queue once payment is received. We will be in touch again 1-2 weeks before completion to review delivery options for furniture.

WHAT IF I NEED TO EXPEDITE MY ORDER?

We work to ship all orders in a timely manner. However, rush ordering is not available at this time. Check back for updates.  

PAYMENT TERMS

Studio Line requires payment in full for all orders to commence production. We accept payment by credit card, check, and bank wire. Service fees may apply. Delivery cannot be scheduled without full payment cleared.

CAN I CANCEL OR RETURN MY ORDER?

Cancellations must be made in writing within 48 hours of placing your order. Orders cannot be cancelled after this grace period has passed. Because all of our products are made to order, all sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

Local and Nationwide shipping is available. International shipping on a case-by-case basis is also available. Email studioline@jentalbotdesign.com to request a shipping quote or select your own shipper and we’ll help coordinate pick up.

WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED?

We ask you to please examine your order upon delivery for any damage. If item arrives damaged, we require an email with images of the damage, both to the item and in its original packaging, to be sent to our Studio Line team at studioline@jentalbotdesign.com within 5 calendar days to initiate a claim.

STORAGE POLICY

We ask that order pick-ups be paid for and coordinated with Studio Line in a timely manner. Items are subject to a $25.00 per day charge for storage after 30 days upon completion of an order.
